Core Activities

Poultry Farming

The group rears improved chicken breeds both meat and egg production. These selected for their high productivity, disease and adaptability to local conditions.

Sustainable Poultry Feed Production

The group uses Black Soldier Fly Larvae a sustainable and cost-effective alternative feed. BSFL provides a high-protein feed source that significantly reduces feed costs while improving poultry nutrition.

Integration with Zero Waste Initiative

The group collaborates with the Zero Waste Management Self-Help Group to produce organic feed pellets. Organic waste is converted into valuable feed inputs, reducing environmental waste and promoting circular agriculture.
