Circular economic impact

The six SHGs operate as a closed-loop system where each group’s output supports another creating a sustainable, waste-free production cycle. Waste is converted into inputs for activities like BSFL production, farming, agriculture, and paper recycling, ensuring continuous resource utilization.

Social and economic Impact

Our initiatives directly support over 200 active SHG members and indirectly benefit more than 600 community members. We prioritize inclusivity, with persons with disabilities actively employed, and strong youth engagement over 70% of beneficiaries are under 35. Sustainability

Future goals

We aim to expand our impact through innovative and sustainable initiatives, including establishing a marine hatchery for fish farmers, scaling BSFL production, and growing our farming capacity. Plans are also underway to launch the Majestic Creative Academy for media and performing arts training. We will strengthen partnerships with county governments, NGOs, and donors, while advancing our digital and learning infrastructure through a fully equipped computer lab.
